The Rebrand
To begin the rebrand for Dr. Julie Tran-Olive’s business, we first evaluated her target audience, which includes clients seeking holistic health solutions with a focus on naturopathy, acupuncture, and wellness. We understood that the new identity needed to reflect Dr. Tran-Olive's comprehensive, personal, and healing approach.
Our process began by exploring a variety of design concepts that would communicate these values. Through brainstorming, research, and feedback, we found that incorporating nature-inspired elements, such as soft, flowing leaf shapes, would align with the business's holistic and nurturing environment.
We focused on creating a logo that felt professional yet calming, allowing the natural world to resonate with Dr. Tran-Olive’s practices. The final solution incorporated clean, modern lines with a soothing blue color palette, symbolizing trust, peace, and healing. These values are at the core of her work. The logo captures both the energy of Silicon Valley and the serene, holistic approach that Dr. Tran-Olive offers to her clients.
Holiday Card
For Dr. Julie Tran-Olive's client engagement, we designed a Vietnamese Lunar New Year card that beautifully reflects both cultural tradition and her holistic wellness brand. The card incorporates a vibrant red and gold color scheme, which symbolizes luck, happiness, and prosperity in Vietnamese culture.
The front cover features elegant typography with "Happy Lunar New Year" and "Chúc Mừng Năm Mới," along with a carefully chosen image of traditional festive treats, evoking warmth and celebration. Gold corner accents and a subtle decorative border further enhance the festive feel while maintaining a professional, polished aesthetic.
Inside, we included a personalized message from Dr. Julie, expressing gratitude to her clients and wishing them health, happiness, and prosperity. A delicate, embossed snake illustration ties into the Lunar Zodiac year, reinforcing the card’s theme with cultural significance.
This project ensured that Dr. Julie could connect with her clients in a meaningful way, honoring both her heritage and the values of her wellness practice. By combining thoughtful design elements with a heartfelt message, we created a card that feels both personal and professional, strengthening the bond between Dr. Julie and her community.
